You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) have a fault, such as:
- When it is faulty;
- Wrongly described; or
- Different from a sample shown to you.
We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.
In some cases a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered if you:
- Substantially modify the product;
- Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels; or
- Simply change your mind.
Certain products are usually excluded under our Returns Policy unless they are faulty, these may include:
- tailor-made customer orders;
- underwear (thermals and swimwear) and socks; and
If you are not satisfied with any of our products we encourage you to contact us immediately. We take pride in the products that we represent and we will work to ensure your total satisfaction. The following is our return policy:
- Accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt and in their original, unopened package.
- Returns on hard good items that are still in their original, unopened package are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase and are subject so, a 20% re-stock Fee. Balances will be returned in the same form as payment was received with the exception of cash payment.
- No returns on out of box merchandise or clearance items.
- No refunds or cancellations on special order product.
- No refunds on inbound or outbound shipping charges if it has been performed.
